  • I worked as an accident adjuster in CA about 15 years ago, these squat and stop accidents were a problem back then. There were rings of doctors and attorneys that worked these and other staged accidents. Back then (as I'm sure it is now), immigration status wasn't checked.

  • Yes, but how much money did they receive in the form of cash payments, WIC,etc., and how many of them were ILLEGAL? Back then, we didn't have all the social programs we have now, now bi-lingual/ESL education. The people back then made it on their own, or with help of their family/friends.
